Middletown Unified School District | EDMO @ Minnie Cannon | Summer 2024 EDMO is coming back to Minnie Cannon this summer and bringing a fun-filled, full-day camp program in collaboration with Middletown Unified School District. Join us for Science, Technology, Engineering and Arts, pie-filled rallies, social emotional learning, outdoor games, songs, skits and more! We will be offering one session from June 10 - July 9, 2024 (no camp June 19 and July 4) THIS PROGRAM IS ONLY OPEN TO ELEMENTARY STUDENTS ENROLLED IN MIDDLETOWN UNIFIED SCHOOL DISTRICT! Issy Barriga a senior at Middletown high school is hosting an all girls wrestling clinic as part of her senior project. Her goal is to share her love for this amazing sport and grow girl wrestling! This is an amazing opportunity to allow the girls to give it a try and be introduced to the sport in a non intimidating atmosphere. This is open to ALL girls grades 1-6 regardless of school.

Reminder we are taking registration for TK and Kindergarten for the 2024-25 school year! • Students who will be five by September 1, 2024, are eligible for Kindergarten enrollment. • Students who turn five between September 2, 2024, and June 2, 2025, are eligible to enroll in Transitional Kindergarten. Pick up your packet and get it turned in. Kindergarten Round up/ Readiness is Monday and Tuesday, March 25th and 26th! Please share with any families that may have a child that is of the age to enroll.

Thank you to all of the families that came out to our Family Literacy Night! It was a great turnout and families really seemed to enjoy the activities and time together. Thank you to the staff for making this happen and staying late for our students. You are all truly amazing!
