Minnie Cannon Policy for Early Pick-up and Pick- up Changes
Dear Parents and Guardians,
Starting Monday, January 17, 2023 we will be changing the cut off time to call the office, to pick up your student early from school and have changes for student pick up to 2:00 pm. All calls need to be made no later than 2:00 pm so we have time to get the messages out to the students. If you know you will be picking up your child early please call the office so we can have a note ready for the student or send a student with a note to give to the office. It gets very busy in the office and in the classrooms at the end of the day and it makes it difficult to relay all the messages. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
Cambio de Póliza Para Recoger Estudiantes Temprano y Recoger Estudiantes Después de Clases de la Primaria Minnie Cannon
Estimados padres y guardianes,
A partir del Lunes, 17 de Enero del 2023 cambiaremos el límite de la hora para llamar a la oficina y avisar si hay algún cambio al respecto del plan de después de clase para su estudiante. Por ejemplo, para recoger a su estudiante temprano de la escuela es muy importante que nos de a saber a no más tardar de las 2:00 pm. O también si habrá cambios para recoger a los estudiantes. Todas las llamadas deben ser realizadas a más tardar a las 2:00 pm para que tengamos tiempo de enviar los mensajes a los estudiantes. Si sabe que recogerá a su hijo temprano, llame a la oficina para que podamos tener una nota lista para el estudiante o envíe al estudiante con una nota para entregar a la oficina. Hay mucho trabajo al final del día en la oficina y en las aulas y es difícil transmitir todos los mensajes a tiempo. Gracias por su comprensión y cooperación.
