Fourteen Day Notice of Proposal to Implement Developer Fees

 

 

A public hearing will be held by the Governing Board of the Middletown Unified School District at its regular meeting of September 11, 2024 in which the Board will consider a resolution implementing school facilities fees in accordance with Education Code Section 17620. The meeting will be held at 6 pm in the Multipurpose Room of the Middletown High School, located at 20932 Big Canyon Rd, Middletown, California.

Further information on the costs of school services and facilities and on other available revenue, including the general fund will be available at the District Office as of August 28, 2024.
