Any member of the public wishing to make a Public Comment via Zoom can do so by registering in advance for this meeting:  Public Comment Form.

After registering, you will receive a confirmation email containing information about joining the meeting.  Public Comment forms must be received no later than 4:00 p.m. the day of the meeting.
